Redefining the Uniiverse
After dropping the extra ‘i’, we continue to refresh existing features and develop new concepts for the Universe platform.
Our efforts led to an acquisition by Ticketmaster + Live Nation in June 2015.

Discovery Redesigned
This card based redesign was a radical departure from the traditional list view common in the event space. I led a series of tests to ensure the discovery experience was intuitive for users.

Craving Stopper
A major reason why dieters fail is because they lose motivation after giving into temptation. This concept is intended to ‘defeat’ cravings keeping their morale high. If the user is still experiencing temptations, they are guided through additional exercises until the craving subsides.

Food Snoozer
Besides the fact that it is rude to have a phone out during a meal, people like to be discrete about their weight loss plans. So, instead of spending minutes entering their food items, they can simply take a photo and log later.

Alfred Sung
The legendary fashion label Alfred Sung needed a website to match their prestige. We set out to design a product that was easy to manage, highly customizable and ultimately, a showcase for this iconic Canadian brand.

Complete Content Control
When the client wants to change the product line-up, they can simply drag and drop the sections. All pages and subsections, including the navigation, will automatically rearrange and reflect what is on the control panel.

“We need something different...”
Special initiatives are accommodated with ease. Pages can be converted to a blank canvas which are called “themes”. Splash pages, video takeovers or a completely different webpage, once developed, can be simply switched on.

Strong Visual Hierarchy
Inspired by the classic double page spread, the site focuses on the visuals. Each photo is supported by a headline and minimal body copy. The 9 grid system allows the client to choose where the copy sits in relation to the image on every spread.

Flash Your Skills
InSitu places photographs from a 500px portfolio “in situation”. For example, the photo can be placed in a magazine, a billboard or a frame over a fire place. The new context changes the dynamic of the work and creates an opportunity for the photographer to demonstrate their expertise. This gives them that extra edge needed to land the gig.

Spoiler Alert!
If you send a presentation to multiple parties, one thing's for sure: they’ll skip ahead. Other solutions are bloated, difficult to use or plain expensive. Our presentation app stops audiences from jumping to conclusions and keeps them focused on our ideas.
